Since 2016, over $400,000 in microgrants have been allocated to 128 housing co-ops.

There were 13 community garden initiatives, four LED lighting replacements, one composter initiative, two bike storage projects, three tree planting initiative, one electric charging station installation, one exterior smart plug project, one clothesline installation, one green wall, one water conservation initiative and one smart water heater project.)
